RANDOM WORK ADVICE:
1. YOU are responsible for your growth, managers are not there to baby you but they shouldn’t block your progress.
2. Strategize and job hunt for better opportunities while still working at the place you hate because you need the money.
3. Not all managers are leaders so stop expecting too much from them.
4. Copy top management when communicating an ‘original great idea’ so that your manager does not steal it as their own.
5. Not all managers are leaders, they’re also employees like you, they’re just senior.
6. Always remember that you’re also not perfect so take the blame and learn from your mistakes.
7. Your mental health is your number 1 priority, don’t lose your sanity because of a toxic workplace.
